Refund Policy for Tip4me

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds will be processed for services and digital products offered by Tip4me. By using our services, you agree to this policy.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided under the following circumstances:
- The digital product (e.g., tipping or withdrawal services) is not accessible or downloadable.
- The customer no longer wants the item or service within the allowed time frame of 7 days from the date of purchase.
Return Policy
Customers may choose between:
- A refund or
- Store credit for the equivalent value.
Refund Conditions
Refunds are not allowed for the following:
- Withdrawal fees.
- Subscriptions where discounts have been applied and subsequently cancelled. Customers will lose all earned discounts upon subscription cancellation.
Refunds for Subscription Services
Refunds are allowed for subscription services under the following conditions:
- Cancellation before the subscription starts.
- Issues with the platform, such as app bugs or non-functionality.
Refunds for Custom or Bespoke Services
Refunds are allowed for custom or bespoke services under these conditions:
- Cancellation before the service begins.
- Dissatisfaction due to bugs or a non-working app.
Timeframes
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of approval.
- Customers will be notified via email when their refund has been processed.

Abuse or Fraud
Tip4me reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse or fraudulent activity.
Currency
All refunds will be processed in Euros (€).
Additional Guidelines
- Customers cancelling their subscription will lose all discounts previously earned.
- No refunds are available for withdrawal fees.
